With a background in mental health nursing, I bring both clinical knowledge and deep compassion to my work as a therapist. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD and OC-spectrum disorders, life transitions, cultural identity, burnout, grief, and more. My approach is integrative and client-centered—focused on helping you build resilience, develop tools that work for you, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
